I chose the following two companies to research online because both of them have an amazing working atmosphere.
First, Disney is renowned for its customer service worldwide. The extensive training and benefits the employees receive help to foster a fun environment with employees who are eager to help the customers and each other.
Starbucks is another company that has experienced a worldwide boom due to its impeccable customer service. Its mission statement says it all, but what is even more amazing is that the employees actually follow through on what it says. Starbucks' customer service has helped make it what it is today.

This blog can be directly related to my project because both companies outlined in this blog, Disney and Starbuck's, are two companies that are in the business of mergers and acquisitions. Disney acquired numerous companies in its history including Pixar. Disney, much like Berkshire Hathaway, is a large conglomerate. I found my classmate's blog to be very informative and look forward to the development of it.
